Cancer Fighting Foods




Red Foods
Red foods such as tomatoes, red peppers, and berries contain antioxidants, lycopene, and flavonoids. These foods help fight and prevent against ovarian and pancreatic cancer.
Dosage: At least once a day




Orange Foods
Orange foods such as carrots, apricots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and mangos contain a lot of fiber, quercetin, and B-carotene. These foods help fight and prevent stomach cancer.
Dosage: At least twice a week



Citrus Foods
Citrus foods such as grapefruits, lemons and oranges contain vitamin C, flavonoids, and antioxidants that help fight and prevent against stomach and esophageal cancers.
Dosage: At least once a day


Green Foods
Light green and dark green foods such as cabbage, brussels sprouts, spinach, bok choy, broccoli and many more contain lutein and folate which are important for you on a cellular level. These foods protect against ovarian, breast, lung and pancreatic cancer. Definitely the most important food group!

Neutral Foods
Neutral foods such as garlic, chives, onions and mushrooms contain a lot of vitamin D which helps against stomach, ovarian, and colon cancers. These foods also help your immune system.
